Toby – Technical Director

After leaving school I worked full time at the datacenter of a managed hosting company; here I found a lot of things I believed could be done better and approached differently. I then took a management role at a shared hosting company, and picked up a lot of business and marketing knowledge. After 3 years I decided to start EtherClear. With the plan to try to take the different approach, I believed we would provide a much better level of service than many existing hosting providers.

I started in the web industry with designing websites, and then moved on to graphics such as logos, which I still do.
Being the manager of marketing for EtherClear, company appearance is still very important to me, and I spend a lot of time making sure our image, along with our website, is spotless.
