UK Dedicated Server Customers: At Risk Notification

Dear Customer,

Please be aware that we have now been informed by the UPS manufacture that the replacement UPS unit for BlueSquare 2 & 3 will be delivered and commissioned tomorrow, 20th April.

This work is expected to take up to 8 hours to complete. During this time there will be a 30 minute at risk period whilst the new UPS unit is paralleled up to the existing units. This to be done at midday.

We will issue further updates once work has commenced tomorrow.
